I just watched the Documentary on YouTube about DL Candles and would like to order a candle and a t-shirt. I’m from the US and worked in Grant programming called SRV-Social Role Valorization. The concept comes from Wolfe Wofensberger. He said we all have roles in life, some are more socially valued than others. We took this concept as the basis for our program to assist people with physical and intellectual disabilities to not only find socially valued roles , but roles that they wanted to achieve no matter how big they might be.

Many participants were able to exceed their goals. I met a lady who ran a successful jewellery business because she had the right support system in place-some of her supporters were unpaid while others were paid supports. I was amazed and forever changed by this program.

We need more people like you in this world!!! Thank you for seeing that people with disabilities are just people like everyone else with the same hopes and dreams.

I was recently given a Life Education Downlights candle as a gift and I just wanted to let you know that this is the best candle
I have ever had.

Over the years I have tried out quite a few but this candle smells absolutely delicious and looks beautiful.

I have also read about your story and the business and I just wanted to let you know what an amazing job you are doing and an amazing product. When I light the candle it puts a smile on my face because I know how the room will soon smell amazing and that I am supporting such a great team. With so many mass produced things on the market it is nice to know the very special story behind these candles and that they are NZ made.

I am def buying more Downlights candles from now on and will tell other people how great they are.

Ok I purchased the vanilla as a gift.. I have to say I’ve never been a vanilla fan but I’m sold. When lit it smells Devine and when the sun in the afternoon was on it it released the aroma.
