1.) What do you like to do/what are your interests?
I like funky socks (I have socks with pickles, bacon, pizza, soldiers etc), I love old school video games and my two favorites are Spryo and Crashbandicoot. I have a grey cat, Josie the cat, and she is a lazy cat. I love American and Australian accents and I love Disney land in America.

2.) What do you like about working at Downlights? 
 “I like Emma, and Nicki, and Jennifer and Tony and Rick and the butterflies and all the people I work with and I like snack time”.

3.) Question to their family: How has working at Downlights helped Miles?
Miles enjoys going on Tuesdays to "work with Emma and Nicky." He enjoys the camaraderie of the team and the regular tasks he does there. Downlights is a highlight of his week and we are very grateful for the opportunity for Miles to learn new skills and have a meaningful and enjoyable experience.For us it is another wonderful step in his independence as an adult man. Working at Downlights gives a purpose to his day-he fills out his weekly calendar white board each week and writes up “Work at Downlights”.

4.) Question to Jennifer: How have you seen Miles change? 
Miles has improved his concentration levels significantly. He is a very diligent worker when given the same task to repeat and he is very tidy with his work. I absolutely love his American accent imitation and the funky socks he wears to work, especially the flamingo ones.

5.) What is the biggest thing you have learnt at Downlights? 
I have learned how to make candles really fast and I can pour really well without making a mess.

6.) What is your favourite Fragrance? French Vanilla.

7.) Jenn’s Nickname for Miles:
Marvelous Miles > He does the best American and Australian accent imitation and I think it is absolutely marvellous!
